No. A roofer inspects your roof, photographs the problem areas and gives you an itemized price in writing. There is no cost and no obligation to book.
Should I repair or replace my roof?
Repair it when the damage is in one area and the shingles around it are still flexible. Replace it when leaks show up in several places, shingles are curling or brittle, or the deck feels soft. When it's close, we price both options.
