How do I know if my roof needs replacing?
Look for curling, cracked or missing shingles, granules in the gutters, leaks in more than one place and soft spots in the deck. A roof around 20 years old with those signs is usually due. We confirm it with a free inspection and photos.
Can an older roof be repaired instead?
Sometimes. If the damage is limited and the shingles around it are still flexible, a repair can buy you years. If the roof is brittle or leaking in several places, repairs tend to move the leak rather than stop it, and we will tell you that.
What affects the cost of a roof replacement in New Jersey?
Roof size and pitch, how many layers come off, how much decking needs replacing, flashing and ventilation work, and the shingle line you choose. Your estimate itemizes each one so you can compare prices line by line.
How long does a roof replacement take?
