Roof replacement

What it is and when you need it

When a roof is past its life, patching it only delays the next leak. A full replacement starts at the deck: we strip every old layer, replace soft or rotted decking, and build a new system with ice & water shield, synthetic underlayment, new flashing and balanced ventilation.

As a GAF Master Elite contractor we install GAF Timberline HDZ and UHDZ and Owens Corning shingle systems to manufacturer specifications, and register your manufacturer warranty when the job is done.

Roof repair & leaks

What it is and when you need it

Water rarely shows up where it gets in. A stain on the ceiling can start at a pipe boot, a lifted shingle or worn flashing several feet away. We trace the leak back to its source, photograph it and show you exactly what we found.

If a repair will solve it, we repair it. If the roof is at the end of its life, we tell you that too, with a written price for both options.

Flat & commercial roofing

What it is and when you need it

Flat and low-slope roofs fail differently from shingle roofs: ponding water, open seams, blistered membranes. We inspect the whole roof, often by drone, and recommend the right fix, from seam repairs to a full re-roof.

Large roofs are replaced in sections, so your business can keep working below while we install the new membrane.

Storm damage & inspections

What it is and when you need it

Storm damage isn’t always visible from the ground. Lifted shingles and cracked flashing can leak weeks later. We inspect your roof on the ground or by drone and document every problem area with photos.

If water is coming in, we tarp it first. We can meet your adjuster on site with our photos so the full extent of the damage is documented. Your insurer decides what the policy covers.

Chimney repair & services

What it is and when you need it

Most chimney leaks start at the top or where the chimney meets the roof. A cracked crown, a missing cap, failed flashing or open mortar joints let water into the brick, and New Jersey’s freeze-thaw winters push those cracks wider every year.

We inspect the crown, cap, flashing, masonry and liner, then repair, reline or rebuild what needs it. Our roofing crew does the chimney work too, so the flashing is tied into the roof correctly.

Gutters & siding

What it is and when you need it

Gutters and siding are part of keeping water out. Undersized or sagging gutters dump water at the foundation and back it up under the roof edge, and damaged siding lets moisture into the wall behind it.

We install, repair and replace seamless gutters, gutter guards and siding, and can schedule them with a new roof so the whole exterior is finished as one project.

Service questions, answered

Which roofing systems do you install?
Asphalt shingle roofs from GAF (Timberline HDZ and UHDZ) and Owens Corning on homes, and EPDM, TPO, PVC, torch-down and silicone coatings on flat and low-slope roofs.
Do you repair chimneys as well as roofs?
Yes: crowns, caps, flashing, masonry, liners and full rebuilds. The same crew works on the roof and the chimney, so the flashing between them is installed as one system.
What happens if you find rotted decking under the shingles?
We stop and photograph it before replacing anything. Soft decking can't hold roofing nails, so it is replaced before the new roof goes on.
How long does a new roof take?
Most single-family shingle roofs are finished in one to a few working days. Extra layers to remove, decking repairs and weather can add time; your estimate lists the expected schedule.
Can my business stay open during a flat roof replacement?
Yes. Large roofs are replaced in sections and we schedule the work around your business hours.
Do you install gutters and siding?
Yes. We install and repair seamless gutters, gutter guards and siding, usually scheduled together with a new roof.
